5. Orders

Submitting an order request through our website, email or another communication channel does not automatically constitute acceptance of the order.

An order becomes accepted when BMA Emporium confirms the order, product availability, price and applicable delivery arrangements.

Any delivery timeframe provided by us is an estimate unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring that someone is available to receive an order where required.

Additional delivery charges may apply when an address is incorrect, inaccessible or requires special arrangements.

8. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers should inspect their order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

If a product appears damaged, incorrect or materially different from what was ordered, please contact BMA Emporium promptly and provide relevant details, including photographs where appropriate.

We will assess the issue and determine the appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law and our applicable return or replacement arrangements.

9. Returns, Refunds and Replacements

BMA Emporium Ltd is a Nigerian agricultural marketplace offering agricultural and food products, including palm oil, grains, cereals, nuts and other related products. Because some products are food items, returns are subject to product-safety, quality and hygiene considerations.

Customers should contact BMA Emporium before returning any product.

We may require:

  • Proof of purchase

  • Order details

  • Photographs or other evidence of the issue

  • The affected product to be made available for inspection

We will not ordinarily accept returns of opened food products where doing so may create food-safety or hygiene concerns, except where a return or other remedy is required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Any special terms agreed in writing between BMA Emporium and a wholesale customer will apply to that particular transaction or business relationship.

For palm oil and other applicable food products, customers should keep the product properly sealed and stored in an appropriate cool, dry and hygienic environment, away from conditions that may adversely affect its quality.

Customers are responsible for properly storing and handling products after delivery.
